Jeff Gutmann, logistic veteran of 35 years, leads his  organization of final mile services, interim management and project consultant specializing in the distribution and “Last Mile” delivery process for the retail and B2B industry. Jeff has recently finished up 3 years leading RAS/HDI to over 150% growth of a 2 client single product company to a 10 client white glove delivery provider with 7 product lines.

Prior to RAS/HDI he led UST Logistics & Joe Cory. As the COO/Partner of UST the company grew well over 800% while solidifying its performance & reputation as one of the best Home Delivery providers in the country. At Joseph Cory HDS Jeff was the COO managing a 100% growth rate in five years from 36 million to over 75 million annually. Now looking forward to servicing the industry with a new & different approach "making the customer experience our #1 focus".


Through the years Jeff has had direct leadership in every aspect of logistics, including warehousing, freight brokerage, 3rd party logistics, driver leasing, truckload, local delivery, as well as leading three national home delivery operations.


Along the way Jeff lead the quality initiative at his last five companies in Union, Non-union, & Owner Operator environments. Completed hundreds of successful start-ups and negotiated dozens of labor & customer contracts Even obtaining ISO 9002 certification in 9 months for Lily Transportation’s logistics’ division in the late nineties, only the 2nd contract logistics company to do so at that time.  His relentless drive for exceptional service to his clients & customers while maintaining the highest ethical standards is without parallel.

  • RAS operational expansion going from 1 product line of appliances distribution, to 7 (furniture, bedding, small package, general merchandise curbside/threshold, cabinets, appliances, & dedicated home delivery from client facility).
  • Developed & instituted the UST compensation structure that became the foundation of our company's 800% profitable growth in 6 years. while cutting turnover 32%.
  • Established a formal start-up plan allowing me to open 23 new locations, doubling our size, in less than 16 months without issues.Set up two new product lines, a freight brokerage division & two labor leasing operations, providing better coverage of core business with $2,000,000 in added revenue.
  • Launched a new hiring method that reduced employee turnover from 60% to 30 %.Introduced a systemized start-up program cutting initial costs by 32% and eliminating last minute emergencies, with improved customer confidence.

  • Took RAS from a 23 Million dollar annual revenue company to trending 60 million in 40 months.
